1. Eligibility
Diaspora Elite is for adults 18+ only. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Community standards
You agree to treat other members with respect, not harass or impersonate others, and not use the service for commercial solicitation. Hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, scams, prostitution, and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
3. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, our Terms, or applicable law. Where appropriate we may also report illegal activity to authorities.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Boost, Premium, and Premium+ subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions from the platform settings. For billing questions contact support@diasporaelite.com.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Diaspora Elite a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content within the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Diaspora Elite is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific match outcomes. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
